3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Service Providers (Freelancers)

4.1 Service Listings

Service providers may create listings for their services. All listings must be accurate, complete, and comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our policies.

4.2 Service Delivery

Service providers agree to deliver services as described in their listings and within agreed-upon timeframes. Failure to deliver may result in order cancellation and potential account penalties.

4.3 Quality Standards

Service providers must maintain high quality standards and provide professional, original work. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or other violations are strictly prohibited.

5. Service Buyers (Clients)

5.1 Order Placement

Clients may place orders for services through our platform. All orders must include clear requirements and specifications to ensure proper service delivery.

5.2 Payment Obligations

Clients agree to pay for ordered services in full before work begins. Payments are held in escrow and released upon order completion and approval.

5.3 Communication

Clients should maintain clear and professional communication with service providers throughout the project duration.

6. Payment and Fees

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments in USDT (Tether) through our secure payment system. All transactions are processed securely and held in escrow until order completion.

6.2 Platform Fees

We charge a commission fee on completed transactions. The current fee structure is 5% of the order amount. This fee is automatically deducted from service provider earnings.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Disputes are handled through our dispute resolution process.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between service providers and clients, we provide a dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to participate in good faith in this process before pursuing other remedies.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement.
